Getting early forces you to sleep early:

One thing that the current generation is fond of is going to bed late and that too not just 1 or 2 hours late. It has become a norm to actually sleep in the morning hours, which are four or five, which is the time to actually get up. However, we all know that eventually there will come a time when we will have to fix our sleep schedule. The thing is why wait until then and why not start doing it now. This way you be well prepared in advance for when you actually have to do it.

Now, how does this getting up early and going to bed early has to do with our skin. Well, let me tell you that there have been studies where it has been found that the ideal to sleep for humans is from nine to four. It has been found that building a sleep routine around these hours contributes to good skin. It brings a certain glow to it and brightens it up. That is why if you want to have good skin then probably need to fix your sleep.

Gives you more time to exercise:

We all know how big impact exercise has on the way our skin appears. However, almost all of us have too much on our plate during the course of the day that it is not possible for us to take time out for exercise. Waking up early in the morning is one way to solve it. When you get at around four or even five in the morning, you automatically give yourself free time. There is not much to do during these hours of the day. Therefore, it is very convenient for us to start exercising during these hours. Moreover, the best time to exercise is in the morning. Hence, say no to late night shenanigans and say yes to good and healthy skin.

Give yourself the needed energy boost:

Okay, some of us do give us the energy boost by taking coffee in the morning. However, is that necessary? When we can have more profound effects on our body by waking up early and doing a small workout session. When you wake up and do some squats, push-ups etc., you give yourself the needed energy push to start your day with a bang. This obviously has a direct on our skin appearance. The more we feel better physically, the more our skin will respond in a positive manner.

Better meals timing:

What you give into your body also has a direct relation on your appearance. When you wake up early in the morning, you give yourself more time to consume more meals. Because when you have your breakfast at around six or seven in the morning, you will feel empty by eleven or twelve and you will need to consume something. Having nuts or fruits around this time before having a full-fledged lunch at three or four will do wonders for your inner body health. Besides, you will also crave dinner by seven or eight which is a very good time to have dinner because there still are few hours left before you go to bed, you give your body enough time to digest the dinner which is again very good for the inner body. All this functioning of your meals on daily basis will translate in a glowing, brighter and fresher skin. Thus, hop on it if you want your skin to get better.

To some of you this might seem very difficult. Specially the getting up early part. For someone who is used to sleeping late at night, it is very hard to sleep early at night. However, what you can do is try reducing by one hour. If you are sleeping at three in the night currently, then start by sleeping at two and slowly bring it down to one after sometime and keep on bringing down until it comes around nine. This way you will not feel burdened and will easily accomplish your goal.

Thus, start small but do start. You might not realize this now but later on in your life you will find out how good it was to follow this routine because whatever you do now will determine how your life will be in later stages.
